Tuna Cheese Spread
Spread on crackers or bread. enjoy!!
Yields: 2 cups
Recipe Ingredients:
- 1 pkg. (8oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 can (6 oz.) tuna, drained, flaked
- 1/2 cup finely sliced green onions
- 1/4 cup mayo
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 3/4 tsp curry powder
- dash salt
Recipe Instructions:
In bowl combine ingredients. Mix well. Refrigerate.

I love the sound of this spread and it also makes quite a lot for your money. I remeber buying little pots of tuna spread when i went to work for my luch and they cost so much considering how small the little pots were. This recipe sounds so easy to make and you could also use it as a topping for a jacket potato.
