Potato Candy Recipe

One large baked potato peeled
3-6 cups powdered sugar
Mash the potato into a bowl after it is cooled. Mix in sugar until the mix becomes dry like a pie crust. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin. Spread a thin layer of peanut butter over the top. Roll up the flattened dough so it looks like a jelly roll. Chill for 2-3 hours then slice in 1/2 inch chunks.
Wow sound tasty but wow it must be full of calories. I think this would be a very occasional treat. but hey great idea.
