Frugal Recipes
Stir Fry

Frugal recipes - This dish can be served crunchy or soft depending on your preference.

It is also a great recipe for using any left over vegetables you have in your cupboard at the end of the week, or for taking advantage of any special offers on seasonal vegetables that week in the store.

I eat mine either with a salad, with rice or by itself sprinkled with some cheese.
