fish in musturd sauce
Ingredients:
6 medium size pieces fish of your choice,
50 g cumin seed,
30 g mustard seed,
salt as per taste,
ginger 3/4 inch
turmeric powder 1/2 tsp.
green chilly 2 whole.
Mustard oil 2 tsp
clean the fish slit slightly in case of big pieces so that the sauce goes inside.
grind cumin,mustard,ginger,salt, green chilly with 1/2 cup water so that it becomes mustard sauce add water if it looks thick then add turmeric powder to it.
add the fish pieces in the sauce and marinate it for 10 min add mustard oil to it and microwave it for 7 min on medium heat.
have a hot& spicy fish in mustard sauce ready in jiffy.
You can serve it with steamed rice or eat it directly
