Beef Rolls
Frugal Recipes

Beef rolls - These tasty little pastries are great to have with a full meal with gravy and vegetables or as a tasty cold snack. You can make them in various sizes and will freeze well too.

This is a great frugal recipes as different pastries can be used i.e. left over pastry from other meals.

This recipe can be made spicy or plain; you can add extra ingredients such as peas, spring onion or even carrots. I will describe the basic recipe and use my favourite pastry flaky.

You can either make your own pastry for cheapness of if like me and hate making pastry you can buy frozen pre-made pastry. even the ready made pastry can be quite cheap to buy if bought in bulk or during offers.
