Recipe Name: Dill potato salad
Recipe Ingredients:
5 pounds potatoes
4 eggs
bunch of green onions
3/4 to 1 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon mustard
2 tablespoons italian parcely (only the leaves chopped)
2 tablespoon fresh dill (1 if dill is dried)
2-3 celery stalk chopped
salt and pepper to taste
Recipe Instructions: boil the potatoes in salted water boil eggs choppe eggs and celery, dice potatoes, place in bowl mix mayonnaise, mustard, dill and italian parcely,place on bowl with potatoes, mix well. add salt and pepper to taste add 2/3 of chopped green onions (keep some for decoration) mix well.
refrigerate until well chilled.
Serve in a decorative bowl, sprinkle reserved green onions on top. enjoy If potato salad seems a little too dry add more mayonnaise before serving and mix well.
